1. Introduction
At Runesta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds process to ensure a hassle-free experience.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@runesta.store to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return. Include the RMA number and a copy of your receipt inside the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the return package to the address provided with your RMA number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
4. Wrong Sizes
If you receive an item that is the wrong size, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us Immediately: Email us at returns@runesta.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the incorrect size received.
- Return the Incorrect Item: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for the incorrect item. Return the item to us in its original condition.
- Exchange or Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly process an exchange for the correct size or issue a refund if the correct size is no longer available.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and indicate your exchange preference in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@runesta.store. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
